Gets the extended record data associated with a Dictionary object. XRecords
are used to store arbitrary data; they are similar to Xdata but are not limited
to order or size. XRecords support all group codes and can store other object
IDs which allows XRecords to include links to other objects, including to other
XRecords are created using the Dictionary.AddXRecord() method and accessed
via the Dictionary.Item() method.

TypeArray is an array that describes
the type of data (e.g., string or 3D point) that is in the corresponding location
in the DataArray array (e.g., “Hi there” or 3,0,0);
DataArray is an array that provides
the data (e.g., “Hi there” or 3,0,0) that corresponds to the data
type definitions in the TypeArray (e.g., string or 3D point).
