Determine the number of objects in this set.
This function finds the number of objects in a selection set.
The argument setname is the selection set for which you wish to find the number of objects.
The argument number represents the number of objects in the selection set. Note that this is a long, not an int, because there can be more objects in a set than an integer (65,535) can represent.
This function returns RTNORM or an error code.
