Find a point, using polar coordinates.
This function gives the point resulting from a given center point, angle, and distance.
The argument point is the center point for the polar coordinate system.
The angle argument is the angle, counter-clockwise from a line extending horizontally to the right, along which the point will be located.
The dist argument is the distance along the line, from the center point to the resulting point.
The result argument is the point on the line.
This function does not return a value.
